  The 

Demonstration function may only be used in the Camera 

Mode with no disc inserted in the unit. page 26



  Before you begin: Make sure that there is no disc inserted in the 

DVD Camcorder. page 40



  Demonstration automatically shows you the major functions that 

are included with your DVD Camcorder so that you may use them 

more easily.



  The Demonstration operates repeatedly until it 

is switched off.

1.  Set the 

[Mode] switch to [DISC].  

(VP-DC163(i)/DC165W(i)/DC165WB(i) only)

2.  Set the 

[Power] switch to [

(Camera)].

3.  Press the 

[MENU] button.

 

The menu list will appear.

4.  Move the 

[Joystick] up or down to select 

<System>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].

5.  Move the 

[Joystick] up or down to 

select 

<Demonstration>, then press the 

[Joystick(OK)].

6.  Move the 

[Joystick] up or down to select 

<On>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].

7.  Press the 

[MENU] button.

 

The Demonstration will begin.

8.  To quit the Demonstration, press the 

[MENU] 

button.

When you press FADE, BLC, EASY.Q, MF/AF, or 

COLOR NITE button during the Demonstration 

operation, the Demonstration function will be 

deactivated and the function of the button pressed 

will be activated.





  Die Demonstration wird so lange wiederholt, bis 

Sie die Demo-Funktion wieder ausschalten.

1.  Stellen Sie den 

Moduswahlschalter auf 

[DISC] oder [CARD].  

(Nur VP-DC163(i)/DC165W(i)/DC165WB(i))

2.  Stellen Sie den 

Betriebsart-Wähler auf  

(Camera)].

3.  Drücken Sie die Taste 

[MENU].

 

Das Menü wird angezeigt.

4.  Wählen Sie mit dem

 [Joystick] den Menüpunkt 

<System> aus. Drücken Sie anschließend den 

[Joystick(OK)].

5.  Wählen Sie mit dem

 [Joystick] den Menüpunkt 

<Demonstration> (Demo-Funktion) aus. 

Drücken Sie anschließend den 

[Joystick(OK)].

6.  Wählen Sie mit dem

 [Joystick] den Menüpunkt 

<On> (Ein) aus. Drücken Sie anschließend den 

[Joystick(OK)].

7.  Drücken Sie die Taste 

[MENU].

 

Daraufhin beginnt die Demonstration.

8.  Drücken Sie die Taste 

[MENU], um die 

Demonstration zu beenden.

Wenn Sie die Tasten FADE, BLC, EASY.Q, MF/AF 

oder COLOR NITE während der Demonstration 

drücken, wird die Demonstrationsfunktion 

deaktiviert und die Funktion der gedrückten Taste 

aktiviert.
