Use this Function Instruction to edit the background color of an Edit field.

Edit field

Editable combobox to specify the Edit field whose background 
color you want to edit.
Here you can:

●

enter the name of an Edit field direct or

●

select an Edit field from the list of all Edit fields that are 
available.

Color

Editable combobox to define the background you want to give 
to the selected Edit field.
Here you can:

●

enter a color value (see Section 5.2, "The DCO data types 
and their value ranges"),

●

click "Select color" and use the next user window to 
choose a color (see Section 4.6.5, "Edit colors"),

●

assign a Constant, Parameter or Variable of the data type 
color, or

●

assign a reference to a Control that has the data type col-
or.
