Use this Function Instruction to edit the color of the border surrounding a Static element.

Static element

Editable combobox to specify the Static element whose border 
color you want to change.
Here you can:

●

enter the name of the Static element direct or

●

select a Static element from the list of all Static elements 
that are available.

Color

Editable combobox to define the color of the border surround-
ing the Static element.
Here you can:

●

enter a color value (see Section 5.2, "The DCO data types 
and their value ranges"),

●

click "Select color" and use the next user window to 
choose a color (see Section 4.6.5, "Edit colors"),

●

assign a Constant, Parameter or Variable of the data type 
color, or

●

assign a reference to a Control that has the data type col-
or.
