Possible reasons for no terminal download include:
●
Terminal is off-hook.
●
Terminal detected a bad checksum.
●
Terminal detected a bad or missing EEPROM (refer to Hardware Error Log).
●
Terminal is busy programming data from a previous PROGRAM message.
●
Terminal is in the Programming Disabled state.
●
Terminal is in the Local Program Options mode.
●
Terminal is disconnected or out of service (use status station).
