1. Make sure service is provisioned by the network.
2. Check the administration of the far-end test line extension on the 
trunk group administration screen.
3. Check the administration of the test call BCC (Bearer Capability 
Class) on the trunk group administration screen.
4. Try the test again.
5. If the test continues to abort, escalate the problem.
