and Linux-based network servers. SuperTrak SX6000 targets the
more-demanding, medium-sized user environments that expect
high data throughput, exceptional fault tolerance, and faster
RAID calculations for always-ready data access. An Intel i960RM
RISC processor with hardware-based XOR data parity accelerator
easily tackles RAID 5 data calculations and I/O – minimizing
demands on the server CPU even during peak transaction peri-
ods. An open DIMM slot allows users to choose and install stan-
dard memory for their applications and loads – from 16MB min-
imum up to 128MB.
