not light, the FPGA may be defective.
D3303 (A-10) : RCB DONE status LED
Lit when configuration of FPGA is complete.
D3304 (A-9) : SYSTEM status LED
Lit when configuration is complete and FPGA reset is also
complete. If the LED does not light, the FPGA may be
defective.
