7.1
Overview
This chapter explains how to wire outputs for Model 2700 transmitters with the F
OUNDATION
fieldbus
and PROFIBUS-PA output boards (output option code E, N, or G).
Note: If you don’t know what outputs option board is in your transmitter, see Section 1.4.
It is the user’s responsibility to verify that the specific installation meets the local and national safety
requirements and electrical codes.

Wire the transmitter to the fieldbus segment according to the diagram in Figure 7-1. Follow all local
safety regulations. The transmitter is either FISCO or FNICO approved (see Section A.1.1). For
