The ALARM SET menu appears.

Press MENU V to move the flashing to the setting
of ALARM SPEED and set it by pressing MENU +
or –.
When TAPE in the GENERAL SET menu is set
to T-120:
You can set to SP 2H (for recording in 2-hour
mode in SP recording mode), EP 6H (for recording
in 6-hour mode in EP recording mode), SP 12H,
EP 18H, SP 24H, EP 30H and NC (for recording at
the same speed as before the alarm was received).
When TAPE in the GENERAL SET menu is set
to T-160:
You can set to SP 2H (for recording in 2-hour
mode in SP recording mode), EP 8H (for recording
in 8-hour mode in EP recording mode), SP 16H,
EP 24H, SP 32H, EP 40H and NC (for recording at
the same speed as before the alarm was received).

Setting the Alarm Speed and
Duration
Alarm Recording
You can use a door switch or alarm sensor to trigger
alarm recording. You can make alarm recording in
recording mode, stop mode power off mode and one-
shot recording mode with the selected recording speed.
Connecting an Alarm Sensor

Turn on the power of the equipment to be used.

Press MENU and MENU V until “3” of the MAIN
MENU flashes on the monitor screen.
