8.1  Wiring the CAT 5 RJ-45 Terminals (U.S.) 
The U.S. versions of the SV wall plates are equipped with RJ-45 terminals. 
defines the STP CAT 5 pinout using a straight pin to pin cable with RJ-45 
connectors.
