Press SOUND repeatedly to display
“Custom.”

Hold down SOUND until “Custom”
flashes. “Bass” appears after 2 seconds.

Turn the jog dial toward v or V to select a
bass sound level (–3 to + 3).

Press ENTER/MEMORY and “Treble”
appears in the display.

Turn the jog dial toward v or V to select a
treble sound level (–3 to + 3).

Press ENTER/MEMORY.

If you disconnect the player from the mains or
remove the batteries, the Custom sound is reset to
the factory settings.

Press MEGA BASS to display “MEGA
BASS”.
To return to normal sound, press the button
again to make “MEGA BASS” disappear
from the display.

You can adjust the audio emphasis of the
sound you are listening to.

Press SOUND repeatedly to select the audio
emphasis you want.
