You cannot enter the Preferences Page during playback. You must stop playback before setting the preferences.

Audio

Selects the preferred language for the audio (dialog).

Notes:

When you select a preferred language that is not recorded on the DVD, one of the recorded languages is automatically selected.

•

You can select any language recorded on the disc by pressing LANGUAGE button when playing a DVD disc (see page 41).

Selects the preferred language for subtitles.

When you select a preferred language that is not recorded on the DVD, one of the recorded languages is automatically selected.

You can select any subtitle language recorded on the disc by pressing the SUBTITLE button when playing a DVD disc. See
