• Is the power firmly connected to the power 

outlet? 

Make sure that it is connected.

• Is the network cable connected to a PoE-

compatible power supply unit by an 

Ethernet (Category 5) cable? 

Make sure that it is connected.

• Some power supply units that can connect 

multiple PoE terminal devices are not 

supplied with power when the total power 

supply limitation is exceeded.

power supply unit.
