This chapter explains the layout of the main page. It is composed of the following four sections:

Snapshot: Click this button to capture and save still images. The captured images will be displayed in
a pop-up window. Right-click the image and choose Save Picture As to save it in JPEG (*.jpg) or BMP
(*.bmp) format.

Language: Click this button to choose a language for the displayed interface. Language options are
available in: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, 日本語, Português, 簡体中文 and 繁體中文.

Confi guration: Click this button to access the confi guration page of Network Camera. It is suggested that
a password is applied to the Network Camera so that only the administrator can confi gure the Network

Client Settings: Click this button to access the client setting page. For more information, please refer to
Client Settings on page 22.

Digital Output: Click this button to turn on or off the digital output device.
Camera Control Panel
Pan /tilt control buttons: The direction buttons are for Left, Right, Up, Down, and Home functions. The
Home button centers the camera.

Zoom: Click + to enlarge the subjects in the video. Click - to reduce the size of subjects in the video.
Pan /Tilt /Zoom speed: Adjust the speed of pan/ tilt/ zoom.
Pan: Click this button to start the auto pan. When the current position is Home or on the left side of
Home, the camera starts panning from the current position to the left-most position, then to the right-
most position, and fi nally backward to the original position. When the current position is on the right side
of Home, the camera starts panning from the current position to the right-most position, then to the left-
most position, and fi nally backward to the original position.
