Controller Input Words
The HSC module is configured as three word inputs (WX) and five word
outputs (WY). It occupies eight words of the controller’s word image
register.

Each channel has a Reset Status bit in the status word. If
the channel’s RESET field input is active, this bit will be 1; otherwise this
bit will be 0.
