GDisk

GDisk is a complete replacement for the Microsoft FDISK and FORMAT utilities 
that allows the following:

FAT file system formatting

■

Batch mode operation

■

Hiding and unhiding of partitions

■

Secure disk wiping to US Department of Defense standards

■

Extensive partition reporting 

■

Boot.ini manipulation (GDisk32 only)

Two versions of GDisk are supplied:

■

GDisk: Runs in DOS

■

GDisk32: Runs from the command prompt in a Windows operating system
