If the Display Goes Blank
The display automatically turns off if the Infiniium DCA is powered over an
eight hour period without being used. The purpose of this feature is to extend
the life of the display. You can adjust the amount of time that must elapse
before the screen is turned off by the backlight saver utility (for example, 2, 4,
6, or 8 hours). This feature is especially useful if you are using remote mea-
surements or leaving the instrument unattended for long periods of time.
Although not recommended, you can disable this control so that the backlight
is never turned off during inactivity.

To reactivate the display
• Touch the display screen
• Move the mouse (if applicable)
• Touch any button on the instrument front panel
• Turn any knob on the instrument front panel
To configure the backlight saver
1 On the Setup menu, choose Display.
2 Touch Enabled to enable or disable the backlight control.
