To install the column on the base:
1. Place the column on the base, making sure
to align the holes in both the column and the
base.

2. Have an assistant hold the column steady-
while you secure the column to the base with
the hex bolts, as shown in
the hex bolts, as shown in
Figure 6.

2. Loosen the cap screw on the column cap and
remove the cap and rack from the column.
