Display when faxes are received
in memory

Press
(Call/Fax list), then
(Fax list).

Press
(Search
button) to select a
fax to display.

To print the displayed page,

(Print a Page).

To view other faxes, press
(Return) and repeat
steps 2–3. To exit the program, press
(Stop).
Viewing faxes stored in memory
To enlarge or reduce content
Press
(Turn/Zoom)
(Zoom) to enlarge or reduce the display content in the following order:
Normal
→ Enlarge(double size) → Reduce(half size) → Normal…
Scroll pages
To show the next page: Press
(Scroll page)
(Next page).
To show the previous page: Press
(Scroll page)
(Previous page).
Information about display
When new faxes are received in memory,
(Call/
Fax list) will light on.
It will also light on when a call is missed.
(For Number Display service users.)
Even if an SD Memory Card is inserted, new faxes will
be received in the main unit memory. (To save the faxes
to the SD Memory Card, see page 22.)

up, down, left and right.
