Emailing an A3-Sized Document
Receiving stations may not receive large documents depending on the recording capability (paper

When “A3 Email XMT” is not set to “On”, the document will be reduced according to the setting of the Function
Parameter “141 LAN XMT Reduce” (Fax/Email Settings > Fax Parameters). For more details on document

Document Sizes and Transmitted/Received Document Sizes
When a document larger than A4, such as an A3 size, is transmitted by Internet Fax, it is reduced in
