Make sure that the misfeed indicator goes off after
removing a paper misfeed.
The misfeed indicator will not go off if the paper is still
jammed in the copier. Check again and remove all misfed
paper.

Do not open the rear cover of the 2nd Paper Feed module.
And do not touch to the gear area. Fingers might be
wedged between gears.

When an original misfeed has
occurred

Paper Misfeed Indicator will
light.

Paper misfeed message will
appear in the message display.

Open paper feed cover.

Remove misfed paper.

Close paper feed cover.

To clear the paper misfeed
indicator.

Open the sheet bypass.

Push the button.

Open the right cover.

Close the right cover.
