The Auditron is a feature of the machine which automatically 
tracks usage. If Auditron is enabled, an account number must 
be entered. For account number allocation, or further 
information about the Auditron, please contact the Key 
Operator.

Whilst still logged on, use the following steps to review the 
status of the account.

Use the numeric keypad to 
enter the account number.

¾

Select [Enter].

¾

Make feature selections as 
required to complete the job.

¾

To exit the account, select 
[Clear All] twice.

¾

Select [Machine Status] on 
the control panel to the right 
of the touch screen.

¾

Select [Account 
Information].

¾

The screen shown will be 
displayed with the count for 
Copy and/or Fax jobs 
completed and the limit set 
for the account.

¾

Select [Exit] to close the 
screen.
