Confirm whether the IEEE1394b driver is
installed properly in accordance with the
following procedures.

Connected this unit to a personal computer
using IEEE1394b.

Open Control Panel from the Start menu,
and select System to display system
properties.

Select the Hardware tab in the system
properties and then press the Device
Manager button.

Open the tree for “Disk drive” using Device
Manager, and then press the right button for
“MATSHITA AJ-PCD20# IEEEE 1394 SBP2
Device” to open properties.

Select the Driver tab in properties, and then
press the Driver’s details button.

If the following files are included in the
displayed driver file list, the IEEE1394 driver
was installed properly.
“p2sbp2.sys”
“p2cmgr.dll”
“p2csvc.exe”

For the following devices, confirm the
installation using the same procedures as

When using IEEE1394b, only one AJ-PCD20
can be connected to the personal computer. If
two or more AJ-PCD20 units are connected
simultaneously, operations cannot be
guaranteed.
