Retrieves metadata value of type date.

struct tm *value);

This function retrieves the value of type struct tm associated with an indicated attribute name
in a name-value record.

Points to a name-value-record.

IN: Name for the tuple.

OUT: Updated with the struct tm (time.h) value.
