Main Menu: PreScan Source

The “PreScan Source” scans the source hard drive to determine if it can be read 

correctly.  

With the source HDD loaded, use the arrow buttons (

“PreScan Source”. The following screen will be displayed.

ENT to begin the scan. The system will auto-detect the hard drives. 

During the PreScan process, the HDD PortaCruiser will display progress 

information. 

When the PreScan is complete, a job status screen will be displayed.
