Printer Input Status Register
BSY
This bit reflects the state of the Printer Busy input pin. It
is 1 when BSY is high and 0 when BSY is low.

PE
This bit reflects the state of the Printer Paper Error input
pin. It is 1 when PE is high and 0 when PE is low.
