5.2.  Operation of 16-bit Output Compare 
This section explains the operation of 16-bit output compare. 
The output compare is used to compare the value set in the specified compare clear register and the value of 
the 16-bit free-run timer. When a match is detected, the interrupt flag is set and the output level is inverted. 
If there is a match between the count peak and the compare register value while the free-run timer is in 
up/down count mode, the match signal is ignored.
