1. Overview
This section explains the overview of the clock supervisor.
If some kind of problem occurs in the clock and it stops unintentionally, the built-in CR oscillator can
substitute for the clock.
The supervisor for the sub clock is independent with the supervisor for the main. The clock supervisor can
be enabled, and disabled separately.
