Operation of the dead time timer mode (precautions) 

 



  Signal generation 

Default is the normal mode.   

In the inverted mode, each U and X of the normal mode will be output after being inverted.   

In the normal minus control mode, each U and X of the normal mode will be output after being inverted and 

replaced.   

In the inverted minus control mode, each U and X of the normal mode will be output after being replaced.
