5.3. Interrupt-Related Register
This section explains the interrupt-related register.
To generate an interrupt, write "1" to the interrupt generation enabling bits (TEIE, TCIE, and ICIE)
according to the purposes, and set the RAM diagnosis interrupt vector and RAM diagnosis interrupt level.

The interrupt request flags (TEI, TCI, ICI) are not automatically cleared. So, to clear them, use software
before return from interrupt processing. (Write "0" in the TEI, TCI, and ICI bits.)
