5.7. Debug Support Function
The section explains the debug support function.
TPU can be stopped by writing 1 in the debug mode control bit of the TPU control register
(TPUCFG.DBGE=1) with software. The debug mode of TPU is released when 0 is written in
TPUCFG.DBGE and operation is restarted.
