1. Overview
This section explains the overview of clock monitor.
The clock monitor is a macro that outputs and monitors internal clock signals to external pins. The clock
monitor has a function for dividing the frequency of a clock signal before output to the pin, allowing clock
signals to be used for synchronization of external circuits with MCU functions.
