Reset vector fetch is shown. 

After the reset release, the CPU starts fetching the reset vector (at 0x000FFFFC). 

After CPU acquires the bus control, the CPU accesses the reset vector through on-chip bus and retrieves the 

acquired reset vector to the PC to start running programs.
