This section explains the overview of the 32-bit output compare. 

The output compare consists of a 32-bit compare register, a compare output latch, a compare control register, 

and a output control register. When the 32-bit free-run timer value matches the compare register value, the 

output level is inverted or the H/L level is output and an interrupt also can be generated.
