Pelco C6825 User Manual

The C6806 and C6825 are prewired cables used to connect Pelco’s CX9024RX Coaxitron

®

 receiver with Pelco’s PT680-24P pan/tilt. These

cables operate the pan/tilt in a noninverted mode.

C6806

Six-foot (1.82 m) cable for use with PT680-24P, PT680-24SL pan/tilts and non-preset receivers (not for inverted operation)

C6825

Same as C6806 except 25-foot (7.62 m) cable length

1.

Run the cable from the receiver to the pan/tilt. Be careful not to abrade or cut the jacket on the cable.

2.

Connect the 37-pin CPC connector to the CX9024RX receiver.

Connect the 16-socket CPC connector to the PT680-24P pan/tilt.

4.

Use a controller to test the following functions:

 Pan Left

 Pan Right

 Tilt Up

 Tilt Down

 Zoom Wide

 Zoom Tele

 Iris Open

 Iris Closed

 Focus Near

 Focus Far

If all the above functions operate correctly, the installation process is complete. If all the above functions do not operate correctly, refer to
Troubleshooting.
