W ord Add-In Button Rem ains in W ord after DYM O Label Uninstall
In Microsoft W ord 2003 and W ord XP, when you uninstall DYMO Label v.8, the Add-In button rem ains in
the toolbar even though the Add-In has been rem oved.
In Microsoft W ord 2003 and W ord XP, when you uninstall DYMO Label v.8, the Add-In button rem ains in
the toolbar even though the Add-In has been rem oved.
To fix this issue in W ord 2003 and XP
1. Right-click on the toolbar.
2. Select Customize.
3. Drag the icon off the toolbar.

To fix this issue for W ord 2007
1. Right-click the Add-In button.
2. Select Remove.

On W indows Vista 64, if you run DYMO Label v.8 with elevated privileges, such as Run As Adm inistrator
with UAC, enabled you m ay encounter the following:

A W indows Fatal Error m essage stating that an instance of ‘MainW indow’ cannot be created.
·
A m essage when you try to print that states “No Printers are Installed”.
If you encounter one of these issues, do one of the following:

Do not run as Adm instrator.
·
Disable UAC.
