The A 500 and A 510 speakers feature an angled, rear-firing bass 
reflex port that uses the wall as an acoustic amplifier to increase 
bass response. This means that these speakers can reproduce the 
full frequency range, despite their small size.

The most remarkable thing about A 500 / A505 / A 510 is that 
it is low profile. With a depth of only 76mm / 3 in and 90 mm / 
3 ½ in, the loudspeaker simply blends in with the wall – discreetly 
and beautifully. The low profile speakers are a beautiful match to 
a flat screen in a home cinema solution. However they work just 
as beautifully as stand alone stereo speakers wherever aesthetic 
is whished for.

For secure, free-standing placement of the loudspeakers, 
just employ the integrated stand at the A 500 and A 510. The 
integrated wall brackets allow easy wall mounting and on 
A 505 both horizontal and vertical wall mounting is possible. 
Furthermore A 505 comes with rubber supports for placing on 

bookshelf or TV.  

The electronic PTC resistor limits power to the loudspeaker if it 
becomes overloaded. When the volume is turned down again, the 

resistor cools down and the sound is restored to its normal level.

Subwoofers normally have bass reflex ports to extend the bass. 
However, the flat, compact A 4SUB features a passive radiator 
that is incorporated in the design, totally eliminating port noise. 
The powerful 8” long-throw woofer and the passive radiator are 
both on the rear baffle of the subwoofer – thus firing into the wall 
or floor and further reinforcing bass reproduction.

Since bass frequencies are not directional, a subwoofer can be 
placed almost anywhere. The 4SUB’s design opens up a world of 
positioning possibilities: standing or lying on the floor, hanging 
on the wall or hidden underneath a sofa.
