Disputes and Governing Law
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
All disputes, differences or questions between the parties with respect to any matter arising out of
or relating to this Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration
of the International Chamber of Commerce, in Stockholm, by three (3) arbitrators appointed in
accordance with the said Rules. The proceeding shall be conducted in the English language.
