■ Defroster Control
The following procedure is available when a selected cam-
era (housing) is equipped with a defroster.
1. Select a system unit, monitor, and desired camera.
(Refer to p. 31 System Unit Selection, p. 32 Monitor
Selection, and p. 32 Camera Selection.)
2. Press the DEF ON/OFF button.
The defroster will be activated.
Note: The defroster will be automatically deactivated
after the specified time.
3. To deactivate the defroster, press the DEF ON/OFF but-
ton while holding down the SHIFT button.
■ Auxiliary Control
You can control one or two auxiliary control devices. The
following procedure is available when an auxiliary control
device, such as Receiver WV-RC150, is connected to a
system unit.
Note: The operation procedure differs depending on the
mode setting (=latch or momentary mode) of auxiliary
control device.
● Operating Procedure (Latch mode)
1. Select a system unit, monitor, and camera an auxiliary
control device is connected to. (Refer to p. 31 System
Unit Selection, p. 32 Monitor Selection, and p. 32
Camera Selection.)
2. Press the AUX 1 ON/OFF or AUX 2 ON/OFF button.
The auxiliary control device, associated by the installa-
tion wiring, will be activated.
3. To quit the auxiliary control, press the AUX 1 ON/OFF or
AUX 2 ON/OFF button while holding down the SHIFT
button.
● Operating Procedure (Momentary
mode)
1. Select a system unit, monitor, and camera an auxiliary
control device is connected to. (Refer to p. 31 System
Unit Selection, p. 32 Monitor Selection, and p. 32
Camera Selection.)
2. Keep pressing the AUX 1 ON/OFF or AUX 2 ON/OFF
button.
The auxiliary control device, associated by the installa-
tion wiring, will be activated while this button is being
pressed.
