Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect to the VPN Router 2750 using your browser, check the 
following items:
Ensure that you entered the correct IP address in the browser window.
Type a known URL in the browser window to ensure that your network 
connection is good.
Check that the management IP address that you configured is on the same 
subnet as the physical LAN attached to the gateway.
Ensure that your PC is running a supported browser (see
).
Check the physical connections on the VPN Router 2750, especially the LAN 
cables and the power cord.
If you still cannot connect to the VPN Router 2750 using a browser, connect a 
terminal or PC to the gateway with the serial cable and check the management IP 
address listed in the serial menu (see 
). Reconfigure the management IP address if necessary.
If you cannot resolve the problem, contact the Nortel Technical Solutions Center 
closest to you (see 
).
