add command

A new vpnclient is created with the

  command.

Example

In the following example, a new vpnclient entity is created, named client1

The result of this operation can be verified with the 

 command.

For the newly created vpnclient entity in this example, all parameters are unset. 
Setting of the parameters is described in the next section.
