To customize the colors used for the portal display, use the following command:

Accesses the Portal Custom Content menu, in order 
to provide custom content for the portal page (see

Controls use of the ClearAuthenticationCache feature 
available in Internet Explorer 6, SP 1 and later (IE). The 
feature is used to clear sensitive information (such as 
passwords and cookies) from the cache when a user 
logs out from a secure session.

 — the cache is cleared for all instances of the 

current process when the user logs off from the 
portal. The user will also be logged off from any 
other sites at the same time.

off

 — when the user logs off from the portal, the 

cache is not cleared until the user closes the 
browser
