Configure VLAN Information:

In the Scope Options dialog box (see

191 VLAN Information.

In the String value field, enter the following string:
VLAN-A:vvvv.
The site-specific option #191 pertains to the VLAN ID information that
the IP Phone will require in order to boot into the Phone VLAN.
