Assign the appropriate IP, subnet mask, and default gateway values in the 
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog box, and then click OK.

Verify connectivity with another card or switch using the ping utility.

The Windows user diagnostics utility performs different tests using the 
nxudiag.exe command. The syntax for these tests is:

nxudiag.exe [command-options-and-arguments]

 for a list of Windows diagnostic command options and arguments. 

The QLogic adapter will be offline at this time.
