The AT-2716POE adapter has two LEDs located on the copper port. See 

                                  Figure 2. The left LED, labeled TX, indicates the link and activity status of 
                                  the 1 Gigabit copper port that has PoE capabilities. The right LED, labeled 
                                  FX, indicates the link and activity status of the 100FX fiber port. For a 
                                  description of the LEDs, see Table 1.
