To unmanage the asynchronous and serial interfaces for a Cisco access server, follow these steps:

From the top-level map, double click on an access server icon. The available interfaces and ports appear.

Green—The port is managed, and it is up.
Blue—The port is managed, but it is administratively down on the Cisco IOS.
Tan—The port is unmanaged.
Red—The port is managed, but it is in a down state.
