A file

 gina.config

is generated for each T-ORB application (

TA_APPLICATION

) and

T-ORB/client application (

APPLICATION

). It acts as a directory for addressable applications.

For T-ORB applications and T-ORB clients, this file is generated in the directory assigned
to the application.

gina.config

is the same for all server hosts and is therefore created once in

the

 system

directory.

This file is not created for T-ORB applications and T-ORB clients.

tion. It contains the definition of the

 GINACONFIG

environment variable.

GINACONFIG=<gina_config_path>/<user_friendly_name>

The application reads this file after it starts and sets the environment variables.
