General Settings
Enable 
Interface
Select this to turn on the auxiliary dial up interface. The interface 
does not dial out, however, unless it is part of a trunk and load-
balancing conditions are satisfied.
Interface 
Properties
Zone
This field is read-only and displays the zone to which the auxiliary 
interface belongs.
Description
Enter a description of this interface. It is not used elsewhere. You can 
use alphanumeric and 
()+/:=?!*#@$_%-
 characters, and it can be 
up to 60 characters long.
Port Speed
Select the speed of the connection between the ZyWALL and external 
computer.
Dialing Type
Tone - select this if the telephone uses tone-based dialing.
Pulse - select this if the telephone uses pulse-based dialing.
Initial String
Enter the AT command string to initialize the external modem. 
ATZ
 is 
the most common string, but you should check the manual for the 
external modem for additional commands.
