Under Network adapters, locate the QLogic adapters.

Right-click the adapters to be uninstalled, and then select the Uninstall 
option for each device to be uninstalled.

Delete one of the following file sets from the corresponding directories:

To uninstall the Windows Server 2008 Teaming driver:
