Uninstall [

RICOH Network Utility] and [RICOH JPEG Conversion Tool] programs by 

using a program removal utility found in the [

Control Panel] on your computer.

Your computer screen may temporarily go out during installation, but it is not an error.
Before beginning installation or uninstallation, you need to log on as Administrator.
For Windows Vista

®

 and Windows

®

 7, an error message may appear at the end of 

uninstallation when “automatic restart” is selected. However, this is not an error so that 
the computer will restart itself and uninstallation process will be completed.
When using the 

Network Utility under Windows Vista

®

 or Windows

®

 7, you must login 

as an administrator, or enter the password used at start up by a user with administrator’s 
permissions.


